Scene setters are another what we call a bigtime decoration. The scene setter covers a part of your wall to set your room like a casino. A few examples of scene setters are above which include slot machine roll, money roll or casino sign photo banner.

A scene setter are great for a party at your house or smaller hall. They can transform the place from a normal setting to something a bit more flashy and casino-esque. However, we don't really recommend these for a larger venue party as they can start to look a bit tacky, or you'll need quite a few scene setters to avoid being tacky.
